Please read this section carefully before deciding what format to order.CDG (Also known as CD+G) CDG is our most popular format and the standard format for Karaoke in the UK & USA. CDG discs will have a blank screen with the lyrics that change colour when they are to be sung. Please select CDG if you want to play your disc in any home or professional CDG Karaoke Player or Machine. If you just want a normal audio CD to play in a normal CD Player then select CDG.
DVDSelect DVD to play the disc in any normal DVD Player. The words will appear on screen like a normal Karaoke disc. A small amount of DVD Players might not read our discs, please check your DVD Player is compatible with DVD-R media.
MP3+G DownloadThis service allows you to download tracks direct to your computer. You will download a zip folder that contains two files, one is an MP3 audio file & the other is a CDG file that contains the on screen lyrics. To play the track you need to extract the two files from the zip folder using WinZip, most computers already have this program, if your's doesn't you can download a trial version from
here. Then you need to download our
Karaoke Player, it's free. Then launch the Karaoke Player and open the .cdg file from your hard drive, simple as that. Please note that both the unzipped files must be saved in the same folder for the CDG file to work. If you just want to use the MP3 audio file, simply open the folder in which it is saved. We recommend you download our sample track below free of charge, just to make sure you can get it working with no problems.
