Christmas 2011 Delivery Information
Christmas is obviously extremely busy for us and the post office, so to avoid disappointment please order as early as possible to get your orders in time for Christmas.
We post everything via standard first class mail which is usually very fast but obviously slows down around Christmas, however if you order before the dates below you should be ok. Any orders placed after these dates may still arrive in time, but are not guaranteed.
UK Customers: Order before 2pm on Monday 19th December
Europe: Order before 2pm on Monday 12th December
United States: Order before 2pm on Friday 9th December
Price
Tracks can be ordered either individually or, on pre compiled albums. The albums each have their own price.
Individual Tracks are £2 (British Pounds) each.
Delivery/Postage
UK = £1.50
Rest of World = £5
Obviously all download orders have zero postage charges and tracks can be downloaded instantly from the current downloads page of your account.
CDG & DVD discs are sent in the post, all orders from inside the UK are subject to a £1.50 delivery charge. The orders are sent out 1st class post and if ordered before 4pm are usually sent out the same working day. Orders will usually arrive in only a couple of days, however this is not a guaranteed service so please allow at least a week before contacting us.
International orders are sent via normal airmail and are subject to a £5 delivery charge. Arrival time really depends on the destination but orders going to Europe generally take less than 1 week & orders going to the USA between 1-2 weeks, this is not a guaranteed service so please allow time for the disc to arrive.
Returns
Any orders that arrive to a customer either broken or damaged need to be reported to us immediately. Only after our technical department have inspected the goods can a replacement or refund be issued. Defective returns will only be refunded if reported within a reasonable time after the date of invoice.
All tracks are a professional remake of the original minus only the lead vocal, so lots of songs contain backing vocals. We only allow discs to be returned for a refund if they are faulty. Not being happy with the quality or version of the track is not a suitable reason for a return, so please listen to the samples to check version before ordering.
